Terms of participation
This campaign is a promotional prize draw organised by RUKO GmbH Präzisionswerkzeuge (the “Organiser”). Participation is possible only in accordance with these terms of participation. By entering, participants accept these terms.

2. Territory, eligibility (B2B) and exclusions
Only participants established in Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, mainland France, mainland Spain, mainland Portugal, Ireland, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia or Hungary are eligible. Italy is excluded. Overseas territories and island territories outside the mainland are excluded unless expressly named.
Only adult commercial end customers and businesses acting in the course of their trade, business or self-employed professional activity when purchasing and entering are eligible. The proof of purchase must be issued to the participating business or company.
Employees of the Organiser, the Organiser’s dealers and their employees, legal representatives and persons involved in carrying out the campaign are excluded. The Organiser may exclude participants for manipulation, false or incomplete information, or breaches of these terms. Premiums already granted may be reclaimed.
3. Campaign period and deadlines
- Purchase period: 15 July 2026 up to and including 30 September 2026
- Entry (registration/upload): by 5 October 2026, 23:59 (CET/CEST)
- Vespa draw: 15 October 2026
4. Entry requirements
Entry requires the purchase of tools from the RUKO range from a RUKO specialist dealer or authorised online shop in the territory during the campaign period, plus timely registration including the upload of suitable proof of purchase.
The relevant amount is the net invoice total, excluding shipping costs and VAT. From €99.00 net, the participant enters the Vespa prize draw. From €199.00 net, the participant also enters the Vespa prize draw and receives one Flaske drinking bottle while stocks last. Entries with a net invoice total below €99.00 are not eligible.
Only one individual invoice may be submitted per entry. Combining several invoices is not permitted. Each additional invoice may be submitted as a separate entry.
5. Prize and non-cash premium
One Vespa Primavera RED 50, with an approximate value of €4,500, will be drawn at random among all valid entries of €99.00 net or more. The draw takes place on 15 October 2026. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification being sent, the Organiser may draw a replacement winner.
Entries with a net invoice total of at least €199.00 receive one stainless-steel Flaske drinking bottle as a non-cash premium in addition to the prize draw entry, while stocks last. The available quantity is limited to 600 units. The first 600 qualifying entries that are submitted on time and checked and confirmed by the Organiser as complete and valid receive the premium. The time of confirmation of validity determines the order. Once stock is exhausted, there is no entitlement to replacement, exchange, cash payment or another premium.
6. Entry process / required details / proof of purchase
- Required details: business or company (invoice recipient) and address, contact person (name), business email address, purchase date, dealer/shop, proof-of-purchase upload and, where different, delivery address.
- The proof of purchase must include at least the dealer/shop, purchase date, invoice or receipt number, product(s), and total net amount excluding shipping. It must be issued to the participating business.
- Illegible, incomplete or late submissions will not be considered. The Organiser may request additional proof where there are justified doubts.
7. Delivery / fulfilment
Delivery or handover takes place only to delivery addresses in the territory. Non-cash premiums are generally sent within six weeks after successful verification. If delivery cannot be made for reasons attributable to the participant, the entitlement may lapse.
Prizes and premiums are not transferable. Cash payment and exchange are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8. Reversal of purchase
If the underlying purchase is cancelled or reversed in whole or in part, the corresponding entitlement to enter, to a prize and/or to a non-cash premium lapses. Premiums already granted must be returned or reimbursed on request.
9. Taxes / compliance
Any taxes or charges incurred by the recipient through receiving a prize or premium are borne by the recipient. Participants must ensure that entering and accepting a prize or premium complies with their internal compliance rules.
10. Data protection
The Organiser processes personal data to conduct the campaign, including registration, verification, the draw, delivery and abuse prevention. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; abuse prevention may additionally be based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

11. Reservation of rights / final provisions
The Organiser may adapt, suspend or terminate the campaign for important reasons, for example manipulation, technical disruptions or legal prohibition.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, insofar as mandatory law does not provide otherwise. Where permissible, the place of jurisdiction is Holzgerlingen.
